The best steak experience i ever had in my life ??

Wonderful steak experience ever I had in my life. The plate was looking so colourful and so was the food too. With the sauce extra provided with it, the steak tasted significantly amazing.

Very friendly service and food delivery was very quick. The packaging was so good and the food was still so warm. I usually go to the restaurant to eat and I am also very happy with the delivery service

The calm atmosphere and the interior of the hotel are perfect for a dinner. The steak was so delicious. I don't think many other places have steak salads like this one.

Me and my friends ordered cocktails and griddle. The food here is well worth the money and delicious. They have both English and German speaking service men. And the main cook is so friendly. He makes sure that the customers are satisfied and satisfied. The experience there is much more to say.

We were a little hungry and went to eat here. Fabulous view of the Hundertwasser House. The food, baked potatoes, delicious too. That we had to wait almost an hour for our food ..... absolutely unacceptable, especially when guests who came later got their food sooner or at the same time. A pity

Unfortunately we cannot recommend this restaurant to others. Instead of a dry wine, we got a mild one. Only the second attempt was the right one served. The quality of the beef fillet left something to be desired in terms of taste, seasoning and appearance. The barbecue sauce that goes with the fillet would not even be enough. A look at the toilet in advance of the order could probably have prevented this evening. There was no toilet paper or hand soap in the women's toilet. Unfortunately, flowing water also looks different. The toilet seat in one of the two toilets was broken and had to be repaired with tape. All in all, a visit to a restaurant that we imagined very differently.

Positive: The service is very friendly. Cons: The food we ordered (grill plate for two people) was of poor quality. The pieces of meat served (chicken, beef, pork) were very dry and the rump steak shouldn't actually be called such. For the price we paid (54 euros) you can and must ask for more!

Very good food, a little longer waiting time, but I didn't find that bad. After all, we went to eat to have time. Very friendly staff on site. Always happy.

We are very often customers at LosGauchos Schönebeck and Magdeburg. Even on absolutely stressful days, we were always convinced with great quality and looked after in a super courteous manner. My absolute recommendation is the lamb fillet. I have never eaten such tender "young" lamb in another restaurant. The scampis are also absolutely amazing. Kudos to all of the staff in Magdeburg and Schönebeck - we look forward to the next visit. :)

Very disappointed. We have been guests with our customers at least twice a week in the two steak houses for years. So you can call us regular customers. Our feeling is that the quality is no longer the same as it was a year ago and in previous years. We and our customers have covered a distance of 100 KM, on my recommendation, to enjoy steak. The process: 2.5 hours after the order came our food, which can still be overplayed. The starters: Scampi aglio e olio were small prawns floating in a pile of barilla macaroni sauce, hanging sadly over the edge, with lettuce, cabbage snippets and three garlic slices. If you know the original previous dishes .. that's bad. The main courses, Argentine filet, went down. 3 out of 4 meals were cold. Core, light gray pink, 2/3 gray on the outside, nothing of medium minus, sad. A fillet and only beans were ordered as a side dish. Easy easy. A bean salad with large pieces of potato in a tomato sauce, pieces of lettuce with chilli were delivered to the fillet. Since no waiter came when we asked, we had been sitting alone in the cellar for an hour, so we had to bring the food back ourselves. In that case, the customer goes home. The quality was no better with the second delivery. With an ordered piece of fillet, the guest does not want several pieces or mixed salads on the plate, as well as tomato sauce beans. One shouldn't have experimented with the selection of ceramic plates either. In short: Ordered at 7.15 p.m. and left the local at 11.15 p.m. seriously disappointed. At least one should have offered an espresso to our guests, who drove 100 km for good food, or expected some reassuring words. On the contrary, loudly, 200 EUR the full price for long fried salads and mixed salads with potato pieces. Old steward! No excuse brings back our bad investment; I, also the owner, would sink into the ground. A lot of money for food isn't it? Tip: back to the basics and a little grounding is good.

I am very enthusiastic about this restaurant! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The selection of dishes is not too big but the quality is very good. We ate from the Argentinian as well as from the Indian menu and were very satisfied! I can only recommend it!

We were there for the first time. The menu is like a snack flyer. A drinks menu is not available (only wine list). After we placed our order, it took more than 30 minutes to get it to us. In general, there were difficulties communicating. In terms of price, the restaurant is more in the upper range. Cola 0,4l z. B. € 4.50 VAT is still 19%.

The Los Gauchos restaurant currently also serves dishes from the partner restaurant Indian Palace and we ate very well Indian. We sat outside and in mild summer weather the atmosphere was very nice in addition to the food.

Very nice atmosphere! Friendly and visible service. Unfortunately knife was not very clean, was quickly replaced! Quality, quantity from the court of the price good! Toilets are clean! Inventory is clean and new! You can comfortably spend a few hours there!

Worst experience ever. We ordered still water, they served carbonated water. We ordered some meat without any side dish (due to allergies) they served it with all the side dishes. The waiter super rude saying we had said nothing. Best part, they wanted us to pay everything after saying we were leaving. I will only recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Perfect steaks, even the exotic ones. We have tried standard stakes (300 gr, medium - it was juicy, perfect spices, no mistakes) and the "Mezcan" dish, what contains crocodile, ostrich and kangoroo - and it was perfect as well! Prices are reasonable, I recommend this place absolutely to visit if you are in Magdeburg.
